It's official, Mitch and I are Airbnb'ers for life! I don't think we'll ever stay in a hotel again unless we absolutely have to. I've always been so curious about other people's homes! Probably because I'm a creeper, but it's really fun getting a peak inside a different house every day. All of our hosts have been very kind, but I wanted to share one of the most unique places with y'all on the blog.
Ammy's Artist Retreat in Cambria was everything I wanted it to be and more. We stayed in an adorable tiny house in her backyard dubbed, "The Pub" for a night. Her backyard was basically The Secret Garden. It was magical. You guys know I'm a little obsessed with plants right now so I was basically in heaven. We were lucky enough to have a yummy breakfast with Ammy in the morning. Spending time with our hosts is one of my favorite things, they always have a good story to share. We were having such a lovely morning that we ended up running behind schedule for our 10 AM tour at Hearst Castle, but I still managed to grab these snaps of the backyard before heading out.

Airbnb probably isn't for everyone. But if you enjoy meeting new folks and are looking for a nontraditional way to travel, I highly recommend it!
